How does your recruitment and placement process work?

Employers submit requirements. We use our network, test skills and present only the top candidates. We handle the details so you receive ready-to-perform talent in weeks, not months. Professionals get a confidential search, full support and placements aimed at a long stay. Average time to placement for a qualified match is under three weeks.

Do you handle legal paperwork, visas and compliance for placements in Russia?

Yes, completely. We manage Russian labour law, work permits, visas, contracts, taxes and relocation. Employers carry none of that administration. Professionals can focus on the job from day one. This matters most for international or cross-regional hires.

What industries and roles do you specialise in?

Construction and infrastructure talent in Russia: project management, engineering, site supervision, building materials, HVAC, equipment and related services. We also take roles in technology sales, leadership, industrial manufacturing, energy and sales management when the role needs proven experience and a long-term fit.

What are your independent skill qualifications?

For a separate fee we assess skills and issue a certificate, including for candidates outside our pool. You set the standard. We design the practical test, the evaluation and the report. You receive a certificate, a performance write-up and proof of readiness. Useful for internal promotions, external hires and quality checks.

How do I get started as an employer or a job seeker?

Employers submit requirements through the form or contact us — we schedule a call within 24 hours. Professionals browse openings or submit an application. We review it and connect you to matching roles.
