Kral Stroy protects the privacy of job seekers and employers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored.
Information we collect
What you type into the forms: full name, date of birth, gender and nationality; email, phone and address; employment history, education, certificates and a CV; passport details, used only for a work permit and a visa.
How we use it
To match job seekers with vacancies, to run the hiring process, to verify qualifications and the right to work, and to contact you about an application or a staffing request.
Storage
Access is limited to recruitment staff. On the current site, submissions are stored indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. The retention period for the new site is not agreed yet.
Who else sees it
Employers receive a professional profile, without identity-document numbers. On the current site, submissions are also synced to Google Sheets for administration. The new dashboard will replace that with an export once it is ready.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it from the candidate pool, and withdraw consent.
